The Lake House — Beach House Muskoka

Our Story

The Lake House is a Malibu inspired Muskoka retreat on the shores of Lake Roseau. Guests of The Lake House will have a grand lakefront view with a large front yard and covered deck directly overlooking Lake Rosseau. Wake up and soak up the gorgeous panoramic views, then take advantage of the 10 acres of green shared space. Families and small groups will appreciate the large 2900 square foot lay out plus a 950 square foot fully finished basement with a gym and an additional family room.

Please note, life jackets are not provided. We also have a strict, no pets policy on the premises.

Sleeping Arrangements

The Lake House comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 6 bedroom accommodations. The property has 1 king bedroom with an ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, a kids room with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with XL double beds in each.

Lake Access —

BHM is situated on 300 ft of stunning lake Rosseau frontage. We are located right off of the water, just a few feet from the Lake House. There is a clay-bottom beach located directly beside the dock with walk-out access to 150-200 ft of shallow crystal clear water. The rental also includes one dock slip for a boat.

— Shared Space

The Lake House is one of 10 cottages on 10 acres of property with both shared and private aspects, placed just a few cottages away from our sister property, The Bungalow. Shared spaces include 300ft of beachfront directly on Lake Rosseau, a dock with its own private boating slip, tennis court and one larger shared fire pit 10 feet from the water. Private aspects include the cottage itself, both outdoor patios - back and side, BBQ and the hot tub.
